I bought my CB3 retail in the US. It didn't come with wipe wires or wipe strips. There was no information in the box or the manual about these parts or that they are missing. I had to figure it out on my own that something wasn't right. I wasted a lot of time trying to get the test prints on the USB drive to work that depended on having the wires. I don't think it's acceptable to ship this out with missing parts and not inform the customer.

When can I expect to receive this part? I only have a few days left to legally return my CB3 for a full refund. I called the US office last week to ask and I'm still waiting for an answer, they never called me back.
