Hey everyone,
How do you all clean PETG stringing? Is it okay to use a small butane torchto melt excess stringing? What's about heat gun? Is there a better way?

Hi , I used a torch too, but still some brown spots because of that melted strings. Now I cut all loose ends and after that use a torch, just to even the surface.

A heat gun works best, but its even better to eliminate the stringing. Turn your extruder temp down a bit, and increase your retraction a bit. If you are not using a Bowden drive, retraction of 1.2mm is max., if its Bowden than 12 or 14mm would be max.
