Hello, That does not look good.
i would suggest checking the Firmware and maybe updating that. maybe that will clear the problem,?
you can check all the connections from the screen to the HMI board. and as a last result. replace the screen altogether.

I think the flat cable connector between the LCD itself and the belonging electronics (PCB), is a little loose.
If not working I assume you should get a new LCD assembly from CU.

- shut the CB3 off
- Detach the LED strip connector
- unmount the the top lid
- unmount the LCD assembly,
- unlock the flat cable between LCD and LCD PCB (I don't mean the rectangle connector with the cable to the main PCB at the back)
- stick the flat cable in the connector again an lock it again.
If not working I assume you should get a new LCD assembly from CU.
